Job description

What you'll do

About the Role

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Product Lead who can take ownership of complex product initiatives and drive them from idea to impact. You’ll help shape PMcardio for Organizations by designing pragmatic, scalable solutions that solve real clinical and business problems and ensuring they are delivered with speed, clarity, and strong execution.
You’ll work closely with the CPO and cross-functional teams to understand real clinical and business problems, design pragmatic, scalable solutions, ship them fast, and measure whether they actually work.
You will use AI tools daily to research, prototype, analyze, and communicate—speed and judgment matter. If you want a high-impact role solving meaningful challenges that are changing cardiology care globally, this role is for you.

Your Role

  • Lead discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder calls, and in-person workflow analysis in real clinical environments
  • Prototype quickly using AI-assisted tools and low-ceremony approaches focused on outcomes
  • Work with data to define success metrics, build dashboards, and analyze usage and product performance
  • Own initiatives end-to-end—from problem framing and solution design to launch and post-launch learnings
  • Prepare and execute product communications, including emails, release notes, and enablement materials
  • Manage the product development cycle closely with Engineering, Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
  • Act as a trusted product owner for PMcardio for Organizations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong intuition for good UX, with a pragmatic approach focused on what works rather than polish
  • A daily user of AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and writing
  • Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to think and act like a founder
