Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, and predictive models to optimize inventory strategy, replenishment, and safety stock.
  • Design and automate data workflows and analytical models to improve efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Logistics, IT, and Supply Chain Operations to improve processes, increase visibility, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate insights clearly through dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) and translate data into actionable business recommendations.

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in building best-in-class supply chain analytics at Bob’s Discount Furniture. This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, and advanced analytical techniques to optimize supply chain performance and drive business outcomes. You will partner cross-functionally with Technology and Supply Chain teams to improve processes, enhance visibility, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, growing environment.

  • Advanced data analysis and modeling using tools such as SQL, R, and Python

Physical Demands

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$70,000 - $95,000
