Your mission

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll ensure our solutions are valuable and viable by understanding business constraints (e.g. marketing, sales, legal, privacy) and deeply knowing our users, customers, and product usage data. Staying on top of industry trends and competitors is also key.
While each team member owns specific risks, we value product managers who drive innovation through collaboration. You’ll work closely with your team to identify and deliver impactful solutions. Our teams are trusted to choose the best approaches and are accountable for outcomes. Shipping matters, but delivering results, even across functions, is what truly counts.

Your tasks include:
  • Product Vision: Shape and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals
  • Customer Understanding: Lead user research and data analysis to ensure we solve the right problems
  • Team Collaboration: Empower and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog with a focus on value and impact
  • Execution Excellence: Drive high-quality delivery in close partnership with engineering and design
  • Outcome Focus: Set and track success metrics, using insights to continuously improve
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Align with internal teams and communicate clearly with leadership
  • Continuous Improvement: Evolve product practices and stay ahead of industry trends

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in Product Management: In-depth knowledge of the product lifecycle and product development, ideally in a B2B SaaS company or a technology-oriented industry
  • Expertise in agile methods: Proficiency with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Expertise in applying prioritization techniques (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE)
  • Excellent English & German skills, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in clear and effective communication with various stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge in conducting market and competitive analysis
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, especially using PowerPoint
  • Experience in the “Credit Reference Agency” sector is a plus

We have two Business Units and work in durable, cross-functional teams made up of a product manager, designer, and engineers. Together, we build solutions that
