  • Sales Support: Help partners understand and sell TP-Link’s B2B products through training and joint customer meetings.
  • Go-to-Market: Work with partners on business plans, marketing activities, and lead generation.
  • Collaboration: Team up with sales, marketing, and technical experts to drive success.
  • Market Feedback: Share insights from partners and customers to improve our products and strategy.

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, channel sales, or partner development in IT, networking, or security.
  • Good understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, SDN) and cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel (~60%) within Germany; valid driver’s license required.
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level).

What we offer:

  • An independent role with own responsibilities in an innovative, and market-leading international company.
  • A friendly and motivated team, great opportunities to develop yourself with the company.
  • An unlimited and home-office based employment contract (within our target regions of Northrhine-Westfalia, Rhineland-Palatinate or Hessen).
  • An attractive salary with target-related OTE bonus.
  • A company car also for private usage or a monthly car allowance
  • 28-31 annual holidays, increasing with tenure
  • Company pension scheme (betriebliche Altersvorsorge).
  • Good incentive plan including monthly food voucher, voucher for birthday, presents for on- and offboarding, marriage, childbirth, company anniversary, International Women’s Day, and so on.
  • Employee referral award.
  • Regular team events (monthly tea time, quarterly team building, Christmas party, etc.).
  • Ergonomic office chairs and height-adjustable workplaces.
  • Modern office with free parking places.
  • Free drinks and good tea and coffee.
  • Employee discounts on our wide range of our products.
