AI Engineer

We are building a pool of talented AI Engineers to be considered for future opportunities with ioet and our international clients. As we receive new client requests regularly, we want to stay one step ahead. by connecting with experienced professionals who align with our clients’ technical needs, vision, and culture.

Selected candidates may complete an initial interview with our team, and if there is a strong fit, we will keep their profile in our talent pool. Once a matching client need arises, we will reach out to validate role-specific requirements and continue with the next steps in the process.

We are looking for Mid-Level and Senior AI Engineers, preferably with some backend experience. This pool is for professionals who enjoy building AI-enabled systems, integrating LLMs and RAG solutions, cloud services, data pipelines, model-driven features, and AI-assisted development tools while collaborating with international teams.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, Backend Engineer, or similar roles

• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG systems, AI services, or agent-based workflows

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration tools

• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with Python or TypeScript for backend development is a plus

• Experience with event-driven architectures is a plus

• Frontend experience is a plus

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency, C1 preferred
