Senior Backend Engineer (Python)

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and PostgreSQL. The role requires familiarity with Redis, AWS, and Datadog, as well as a good understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with non-technical teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable asking questions, clarifying requirements, and working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as Backend Engineer, including working with Python for at least 1–2 years hands-on recently

• Experience integrating AI Agents is a Strong plus

• Experience with caching systems such as Redis

• Practical knowledge of using AI in the daily development flow, with tools like Claude Code or Codex

• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL

• Be familiar with AWS

• Experience using Datadog or other monitoring tools

• Knowledge in RabbitMQ or Kafka, hands-on experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Kubernetes

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
