We are building a pool of talented Golang Backend Engineers to be considered for future opportunities with ioet and our international clients. As we receive new client requests regularly, we want to stay one step ahead. by connecting with experienced professionals who align with our clients’ technical needs, vision, and culture.

Selected candidates may complete an initial interview with our team, and if there is a strong fit, we will keep their profile in our talent pool. Once a matching client need arises, we will reach out to validate role-specific requirements and continue with the next steps in the process.

We are looking for Mid-Level and Senior Golang Backend Engineers with strong backend experience. This pool is for people who enjoy building reliable backend systems, working with APIs, cloud services, microservices, integrations, testing frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools while collaborating with international teams.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of professional experience in software development

• Strong hands-on experience with Golang backend development

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining backend services and APIs.

• Experience working with databases, either SQL or NoSQL

• Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures.

• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving backend applications.

• Familiarity with testing practices and tools such as unit and integration testing, and mocks.

• Solid understanding of backend architecture, clean code principles, and software design patterns

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency, C1 preferred
