About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and elevate our recruiting operations while supporting core People Ops administrative and operational work. This role is heavily weighted toward recruiting and is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning hiring processes end-to-end, partnering closely with hiring managers, and running recruiting operations with minimal oversight.
In addition to recruiting, this role will support essential People Ops tasks that help the broader People function operate smoothly and scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (≈80%)
Own and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Lever), ensuring candidate statuses, workflows, settings, and configurations are accurate and up to date
Continuously optimize and maximize Lever utilization, including reporting, automation, and process improvements
Partner with hiring managers and teams to develop hiring plans and hiring strategies, including:
- Job descriptions
- Interview plans
- Feedback Forms and scorecards
- Application form questions
- Interview questions
- Take-home assignments (when applicable)
- Draft, post, and manage job openings in Lever and across relevant job platforms
- Coordinate interviews across teams, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and candidate communication
- Collect, track, and synthesize interview feedback to support timely, well-informed hiring decisions
- Manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, thoughtful, and consistent candidate experience
- Conduct reference checks for final candidates and document outcomes
- Partner with Finance to obtain budget approval and funding for job postings and recruiting-related tools
People Operations (≈20%)
- Support administrative and operational People Ops tasks
- Maintain and update People systems and tools, including employee data and organizational chart
- Coordinate monthly team-building and engagement activities, including logistics and communication
- Assist with People Ops documentation, tracking, and process upkeep
- Provide operational support across onboarding, offboarding, and internal people-related workflows as needed
What We’re Looking For
4 to 5 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent roles, or People Ops with a strong emphasis on recruiting
Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (Lever strongly preferred)
Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and guide them through structured, effective hiring processes
Strong organizational and operational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously
Clear, professional communicator with a candidate- and team-first mindset
Comfort owning recruiting operations end-to-end while also supporting People Ops administrative work
Experience supporting People Ops tools and systems; experience with Deel or similar global People platforms is a plus
Experience using AI tools or automation in recruiting workflows (e.g., sourcing, screening, interview preparation, or ATS optimization) to improve efficiency and decision-making
Proactive, process-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
Lisbon, Portugal: $45,000 – $65,000 USD
Other Portugal Regions: $40,000 – $55,000 USD
Florianópolis, Brazil: $35,000 – $55,000 USD
São Paulo, Brazil: $40,000 – $60,000 USD
Other Brazil Regions: $30,000 – $50,000 USD
The base salary range for this role is $30,000 to $65,000 USD per year, depending on experience, qualifications, employment type, and location.
