  • Enter consultation information into Google Sheets and other tracking systems
  • Coordinate bride flow and collaboration across beauty and wedding-related businesses

Job description

Email & Communication Management
• Handle incoming email flow from multiple sources (elopement agencies, website inquiries, direct bride contacts)
• Respond to bride inquiries across both wedding businesses
• Manage email communications on behalf of the Client

Consultation Scheduling
• Schedule bride consultations via Google Calendar
• Input consultation details into Google Calendar
• Use pre-built consultation question lists provided by the Client

Data Entry & Tracking
• Input consultation information into Google Sheets and other tracking systems
• Manage bride flow and coordination across businesses
