Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5–7 years of overall experience with Identity Access Management concepts and enterprise delivery.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Ping IDM implementation experience (design, build, and support).
  • Strong expertise in Ping IDM areas such as managed objects, relationship modeling, mappings, reconciliation, provisioning workflows, event hooks, scripts/rules, scheduler jobs, connectors, and lifecycle operations.
  • Experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (PingOne AIC) and cloud deployment patterns, including Remote Connector Service (RCS) for on-prem connectivity, tenants and environments, and release practices.

Requirements:

  • Design, build, and support Ping IDM solutions, including provisioning workflows, mappings, reconciliation, event hooks, scripts/rules, scheduler jobs, and connectors.
  • Implement and optimize Ping IDM components such as managed objects, relationship modeling, and lifecycle operations.
  • Lead integrations with LDAP/AD, HR systems, databases, and SaaS applications; collaborate on PingOne AIC deployments and cloud patterns (RCS, tenants, environments, releases).
  • Troubleshoot and debug identity integrations using logs, traces, and API testing tools (Postman/cURL); produce clear RCA documentation; adhere to standards (REST APIs, SCIM, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).

Job description

This is a remote position.

5–7 years of overall experience with Identity & Access Management concepts and enterprise delivery.
4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Ping IDM (design + build + support).
Strong expertise in Ping IDM areas such as: Managed objects, relationship modeling, mappings, reconciliation, synchronization Provisioning workflows, event hooks, scripts/rules, scheduler jobs Connector configuration and lifecycle operations
Experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (PingOne AIC) and understanding of cloud deployment patterns, including: Remote Connector Service / RCS for onprem connectivity loud operating model (tenants, environments, release practices)
Strong integration experience with LDAP / Active Directory, HR systems, databases, and SaaS applications.
Proficiency with common identity/integration standards and protocols: REST APIs, SCIM, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OIDC (working knowledge), SAML (working knowledge) Ability to debug effectively using logs, traces, and API testing tools (Postman/cURL), and to produce clear RCA documentation.
