5–7 years of overall experience with Identity Access Management concepts and enterprise delivery.
4+ years of hands-on Ping IDM implementation experience (design, build, and support).
Strong expertise in Ping IDM areas such as managed objects, relationship modeling, mappings, reconciliation, provisioning workflows, event hooks, scripts/rules, scheduler jobs, connectors, and lifecycle operations.
Experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (PingOne AIC) and cloud deployment patterns, including Remote Connector Service (RCS) for on-prem connectivity, tenants and environments, and release practices.
Requirements:
Design, build, and support Ping IDM solutions, including provisioning workflows, mappings, reconciliation, event hooks, scripts/rules, scheduler jobs, and connectors.
Implement and optimize Ping IDM components such as managed objects, relationship modeling, and lifecycle operations.
Lead integrations with LDAP/AD, HR systems, databases, and SaaS applications; collaborate on PingOne AIC deployments and cloud patterns (RCS, tenants, environments, releases).
Troubleshoot and debug identity integrations using logs, traces, and API testing tools (Postman/cURL); produce clear RCA documentation; adhere to standards (REST APIs, SCIM, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
