  • Maintain and organize financial documents, ensuring secure and proper filing.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, alerting management to any discrepancies or potential issues.
  • Contribute to the development of financial best practices and improve efficiency in bookkeeping processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or other platforms).
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
