Roles & Responsibilities

  • 6+ years in marketing with strong B2B or services experience (staffing or healthcare experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just impressions
  • Deep experience in multi-channel growth: SEO, paid ads, outbound, and social
  • Data-driven, experimental, and highly accountable; strong operator who can write copy, launch campaigns, and build scalable systems in a startup/lean environment

Requirements:

  • Own and execute a full-funnel growth strategy to generate pipeline (MQLs/SQLs) and revenue, while optimizing CAC, conversion rates, and channel ROI
  • Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition including SEO (technical + content + authority), paid media, outbound, and social founder branding to drive inbound leads
  • Lead a lean marketing team and external partners, hiring, training, and scaling talent as needed, while remaining hands-on with freelancers/agencies
  • Establish analytics systems with dashboards, attribution models, and weekly data-driven decision making to track performance across channels

Job description

This is not a “manage agencies and review dashboards” CMO role. This is for someone who can think strategically and execute ruthlessly.

You will own the entire marketing engine, from brand to pipeline, while managing a lean team and external resources. You’ll work directly with the founder to amplify personal branding, drive demand, and turn CrewBloom into a category leader in remote staffing.

What You’ll Own

1. Growth & Demand Generation

  • Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy
  • Own pipeline generation targets (MQLs, SQLs, revenue contribution)
  • Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and channel ROI

2. SEO & Organic Acquisition

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy (technical + content + authority)
  • Build scalable content systems (blogs, landing pages, programmatic SEO)
  • Drive inbound traffic that converts

3. Paid Acquisition

  • Manage and optimize paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Run experiments across creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Scale what works, kill what doesn’t—fast

4. Outbound & Cold Email

  • Build high-performing outbound systems (cold email, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Own messaging, sequencing, and deliverability
  • Collaborate with sales on pipeline generation

5. Social Media & Founder Branding

  • Own CrewBloom’s social presence (especially LinkedIn)
  • Build and scale the founder’s personal brand into a lead engine
  • Create content that drives engagement, authority, and inbound leads

6. Team Leadership (Lean Team)

  • Manage a small, high-output team or agency
  • Hire, train, and scale talent as needed
  • Work with freelancers/agencies when necessary, but stay hands-on

7. Systems & Analytics

  • Set up dashboards, attribution models, and reporting systems
  • Track performance across all channels
  • Make data-driven decisions weekly

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in marketing, with strong B2B or services experience (staffing & healthcare experience is a huge plus)
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just impressions
  • Deep experience in multi-channel growth: SEO, paid ads, outbound, and social
  • Strong operator, comfortable writing copy, launching campaigns, and building systems yourself
  • Experience building or scaling marketing in a startup or lean environment
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth and founder-led marketing
  • Data-driven, experimental, and highly accountable

What Success Looks Like (First 90–120 Days)

  • Clear growth strategy with defined channel priorities
  • Consistent inbound + outbound pipeline generation
  • Founder content engine up and running (especially LinkedIn)
  • Paid and organic channels are showing measurable traction
  • Marketing dashboards fully operational

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
