The Vice President of Growth Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for driving scalable, revenue-focused growth in close partnership with Sales across key brands. This role leads high-impact pitches and bespoke sales enablement for priority new and existing accounts, with a strong focus on pitch theatre, account-based enablement, and tailored solution storytelling and growth marketing strategies to drive conversion.
The VP will align growth marketing priorities to revenue goals, accelerate pipeline win rates, and elevate how the organization shows up with key accounts, through compelling storytelling, executive-ready presentations, and tightly integrated go-to-market execution for select high priority accounts. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, business-savvy, highly collaborative, and an amazing client pitch storyteller.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team with clear KPIs tied to pipeline impact and revenue outcomes.
- Prioritize team efforts around target accounts, upsell opportunities, and in-year renewals to maximize efficient use of time.
- Oversee and activate sales engagement, sales support with tailored marketing plans focused on moving the needle with renewals and upsell/cross sell initiatives.
Pitch Theatre & Storytelling
- Lead new business pitches and strategic client presentations
- As the team leader, serve as the authority on pitch storytelling, establishing best practices for narrative structure, visual design in close collaboration with the design team, and the strategic use of standard and custom collateral.
- At the solution level, ensure storytelling is clear, differentiated, simple and industry/account-relevant, balancing standardized content with purposeful customization based on client context and growth opportunity.
- Lead the creation of executive-ready narratives, pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses in close partnership with Sales and Program Management for select, high priority brands.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to modernize pitch development and enhance speed, quality, and effectiveness.
New Business & Revenue Growth
- Drive bespoke sales enablement for priority new and existing accounts through account-tailored enablement and solution storytelling, blending standard content with customized marketing strategies—developed in partnership with the broader marketing organization—to scale enablement and drive conversion.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify target markets, high-value accounts, and expansion opportunities
- Lead bespoke program selection, partnering with digital and marketing operations on account strategy and working closely with events and integrated marketing to drive design and execution
- Showcase in‑flight and successful key account programs on client partner leadership calls to drive awareness, replication, and adoption across other prioritized accounts.
- Stay closely aligned with evolving priority accounts, current marketing deliverables, and key events, serving as an expert voice into broader marketing programs that can drive impact across priority accounts and prospects.
Sales Enablement
- Act as a strategic connector between Marketing and Sales, developing strong product and services fluency to shape effective sales enablement and growth marketing strategies, while enabling fast, frictionless collaboration.
- Ensure sales are knowledgeable on the latest tools, content, and assets to help sales “connect the dots faster” across all stages of the sales cycle at account level.
- Provide a voice into recommended trainings for CPs and new logo sellers based on experience partnering with Partner and Product marketing teams.
- Tailor key assets (brand/solution/POVs/event books) to high priority accounts to accelerate opportunities and drive conversion.
- Represent marketing to key Sales and Client Partner leaders, ensuring marketing initiatives and events are fully leveraged to drive growth at each account level.
Qualifications
- 12–15+ years in sales-aligned growth marketing or new business roles, with senior leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue-driving initiatives impacting pipeline quality, velocity, and win rates
- Advanced ABM experience and strong judgment in prioritizing target accounts and growth opportunities
- Clear ownership of pitch theatre, including narrative development and execution
- Experience leading marketing sales enablement strategy with measurable adoption and impact
- Strong executive presence with Sales, Client Partners, and senior leadership
- Data-informed decision-maker with AI first mindset
- A power user of Microsoft Powerpoint

- Storytelling and content meaningfully accelerate deal velocity across priority accounts and segments
- The sales team is equipped with modern, high-impact enablement tools and narratives aligned to buyer needs
- AI-enabled workflows improve the speed, quality, and consistency of pitch development and enablement
- The Growth Marketing team is high-performing, focused, and measured on business outcomes not activity
