  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development

Requirements:

  • Identify potential prospects from Facebook, Google ads, and the FyerX website contact form; engage with them via phone, email, and social media
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects to introduce FyerX's services and identify their needs; schedule and coordinate meetings or demos
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations; follow up with prospects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM and assist with onboarding/transition of new clients

Job description

​Salary Structure:
Rs. ₹4 LPA + ₹2.5 LPA Variable Pay for initial 12 months
Rs. ₹5 LPA + ₹3 LPA Variable Pay after 12 months
​Experience Required: 3+ years

  • Follow up with prospects to address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.


Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in sales or business development is a plus.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace.
