Job description

This is a remote position.

Walker Bowen Talent Partners is excited to partner with a scaling non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) health tech company as they continue to grow and invest in building a high-impact, people-first organization.

We’re searching for their Senior Growth Strategy & Operations Analyst – a critical role responsible for owning and improving client-facing reporting intake, prioritization, and delivery processes.

If you’re inspired by improving and implementing workflows and leveraging data to assist your colleagues in expanding relationships and patient services, while working alongside a team of collaborative, energetic, and all-around good people, then we’d love to chat!

Our Client

Our client is a technology and services company dedicated to reducing barriers to care by improving the delivery of non-emergency medical transportation to people across America. Our client employs proprietary technology, paired with a nationwide network of vetted transportation providers. This enables payers and health systems to deliver cost-effective, on-demand transportation intelligently, enhancing the patient experience in the process. They serve the largest Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and provider programs in the country.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Growth Strategy & Operations Analyst to partner directly with Growth leadership on high-impact decisions related to pricing, client strategy, reporting, and market expansion. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data—transforming ambiguous, complex problems into clear, actionable insights that improve access to care for vulnerable populations. This is an opportunity to shape how our client scales its growth engine while working closely with senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Note: This role focuses on insights and delivery, not building reporting infrastructure.

Client Reporting & Insights (40%)
  • Own and improve client-facing reporting intake, prioritization, and delivery processes
  • Act as a cross-functional bridge between Growth, Finance, and Data teams
  • Produce high-quality ad hoc analyses for both client-facing and internal needs
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline reporting workflows
  • Ensure all insights are accurate, actionable, and decision-ready

Pricing & Profitability (40%)
  • Analyze client data to support deal pricing, renewals, and strategic decision-making
  • Apply and refine pricing models in partnership with Finance
  • Evaluate client-level profitability and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support negotiation strategy with clear, data-backed recommendations
  • Challenge assumptions and continuously improve pricing frameworks and thinking

Market Research & Pipeline Strategy (20%)
  • Estimate market size across clients, geographies, and lines of business
  • Improve and operationalize deal scoring and prioritization frameworks
  • Support Growth leadership in identifying where to invest and why
  • Evaluate pipeline performance to increase conversion across the funnel
  • Conduct targeted research to inform strategic growth decisions

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including modeling and data analysis
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
  • Experience working with complex or imperfect datasets to generate insights
  • Healthcare industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis
  • Background in consulting or high-growth startup environments
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight
  • Familiarity with non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) or adjacent healthcare services

Benefits

Our client offers a remote-first work environment, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits including:
  • Career growth and development opportunities in a mission-driven organization
  • Competitive salary, annual bonus opportunities, and equity options
  • Remote with flexible hours
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO, paid company holidays, and paid parental leave
