The Job
We are entering an exciting new phase in Eastern Europe as we shift from an indirect model to a direct to retail approach. With a solid foundation already in place, this transition represents our next step toward deeper market presence and stronger commercial execution. As we build our new team, we are looking for two Key Account Managers for Poland and Baltics to drive our Go-to-Market strategy, grow existing accounts, and expand our customer base across multiple segments.Your Mission
• Full Budget and Sales Responsibility for the market and customer base;
• Develop existing and new customer portfolio by identifying key commercial opportunities and translating them into a concrete, actionable plan;
• Manage continuous and further development of our categories’ performance by implementing adequate product ranges and area optimization;
• Drive the ongoing improvement by analyzing sales results vs sales targets;
• Close cooperation and continuous exchange with the internal specialist departments and sales support;
• Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.
Your Talent
• You have a proven track record in a Key Account management role within the Fashion, Sports lifestyle or the FMCG industry;
• Strong negotiation and networking skills to build close relationships;
• Strong team player with a solution focused approach and a high-quality standard of execution and delivery. Ability to thrive in a small, close-knit sales team;
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Polish, any additional language is considered as a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel ( and knowledge of SAP is preferred as well as basic knowledge in BI);
• A passionate self-starter with drive;
• Results-oriented, proactive and problem-solving;
• Strong presentation skills and an excellent communicator;
• Confident and personable with the ability to build relationships quickly;
• Good knowledge of the retail environment and needs of retailers.
This role is based in Warsaw, Poland. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
