The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/x)* for our Strategic Customers within Dental Solutions you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here's how to make an impact:

Account Understanding:

  • Develops a comprehensive 360-degree overview around Key Customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities for the full dental portfolio penetration aligned with customers strategy and clinical, operational, and digital transformation priorities.

Account Plan Development & Execution:

  • Develops and drives aligned Strategic Account Plans focused on customer business challenges as well as growth.
  • Leads annual growth plans negotiations with the key stakeholders, including preparation of comprehensive customer performance analysis and growth expectations.

Enterprise Relationship:

  • Builds and owns relationships with key stakeholders/influencers inside the organization.
  • Engage and influence Solventum and channel partner sales teams to drive coordinated promotion of dental solutions with dentists and key opinion leaders on the individual clinics level.
  • Act as the strategic interface between Solventum, channel partner, and key accounts, ensuring aligned go‑to‑market execution.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To succeed in this role, Solventum seeks candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to negotiate solutions to issues before they arise and influence decisions across management levels to achieve mutually desirable business outcomes.
  • Complex problem-solving skills, conceptual thinking to assess options, making decisions by applying extensive experience and knowledge to solve significantly different problems.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills, strong sense of organization and priority management.
  • Spoken and written Dutch, French and English.
  • Proven experience in a Key Account Management role within the Benelux, healthcare market ideally.

Work location: Hybrid or Remote within Belgium or the Netherlands

Travel: up to 60% domestic

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
