The Job
We are entering an exciting new phase in Eastern Europe as we shift from an indirect model to a direct to retail approach. With a solid foundation already in place, this transition represents our next step toward deeper market presence and stronger commercial execution. We’re building our Sales organization and are looking for a Team Lead Sales Support to help shape this new team.Your Mission
• Build, manage, motivate, and further develop the Sales Support team;
• Ensure accurate onboarding of new customers, making sure all customer information and related processes are correctly captured and maintained in our systems;
• Support Sales Team in reviewing and aligning operational, commercial, and contractual terms with internal teams to ensure accurate, customer‑ready agreements;
• Develop a process oriented way of working with internal and external partners;
• Guarantee excellent customer service, including order intake and processing, billing, complaints handling, and shipping coordination;
• Plan and prepare sales meetings in close cooperation with the Sales teams;
• Act as a sparring partner for the Sales team, contributing ideas and challenging the status quo where needed;
• Continuously assess and improve our ways of working, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen our operational approach;
• Work hands-on in daily operational activities and drive operational excellence in
monitoring logistics processes together with our Warehouse team in Tilburg;
• Managing accounts receivable and debtor follow up;
• Travel occasionally to visit markets, customers, and attend International Sales Meetings;
• Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.
Your Talent
This role is based in Warsaw, Poland. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
