The Job

We are entering an exciting new phase in Eastern Europe as we shift from an indirect model to a direct to retail approach. With a solid foundation already in place, this transition represents our next step toward deeper market presence and stronger commercial execution. We’re building our Sales organization and are looking for a Team Lead Sales Support to help shape this new team.

As the Team Lead Sales Support, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless end to end order process and delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will lead a newly formed Sales Support team dedicated to supporting our direct to retail business. In this position, you act as an essential link between various internal departments, such as Sales, Warehouse, Business Support, and Product teams, and a diverse portfolio of external customers. Alongside managing daily operations, you are responsible for the accurate setup of new customers in our systems once commercial terms are agreed, ensuring a smooth start to every new partnership.

Your Mission

•    Build, manage, motivate, and further develop the Sales Support team;
•    Ensure accurate onboarding of new customers, making sure all customer information and related processes are correctly captured and maintained in our systems;
•    Support Sales Team in reviewing and aligning operational, commercial, and contractual terms with internal teams to ensure accurate, customer‑ready agreements;
•    Develop a process oriented way of working with internal and external partners;
•    Guarantee excellent customer service, including order intake and processing, billing, complaints handling, and shipping coordination;
•    Plan and prepare sales meetings in close cooperation with the Sales teams;
•    Act as a sparring partner for the Sales team, contributing ideas and challenging the status quo where needed;
•    Continuously assess and improve our ways of working, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen our operational approach;
•    Work hands-on in daily operational activities and drive operational excellence in
monitoring logistics processes together with our Warehouse team in Tilburg;
•    Managing accounts receivable and debtor follow up;
•    Travel occasionally to visit markets, customers, and attend International Sales Meetings;
•    Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.

Your Talent

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in a similar position with demonstrable managing experience of a team;
  • You are a leader who is analytical, commercially minded, and a strategic thinker. You focus on results, communicate effectively, and remain resilient under stress.
  • You have a strong knowledge of international trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures and documentation;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Polish, any additional language is considered as a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, SAP as well as knowledge in BI;
  • You lead by example, bringing energy, positivity, and a solution-oriented mindset while ensuring excellence in execution and delivery;
  • You operate from the control seat, proactively coordinating work, managing complexity, and partnering across departments to drive alignment and deliver collective results.

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
