  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints and contribute to day-to-day operational tasks across departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance)
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks and basic debtor follow-up; help coordinate the bi-annual sample processes

Job description

The Job

We are looking for an eager and service‑oriented Sales Support Intern to join our growing Sales Support team. Are you organized, communicative, and excited to work in a fast‑paced international environment? Then this internship could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you will support the full order process, assist internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure smooth and accurate sales operations. You will work closely with our Sales Support team as well as departments such as Logistics, Planning, and Sales. You will gain hands‑on experience with order management, customer service, cross‑department communication, and sales operations within the apparel industry.

Your Mission

  • Support in monitoring the order process and ensuring timely delivery of products according to customer agreements
  • Assist in maintaining strong service levels for customers and the sales team
  • Support in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks and basic debtor follow‑up
  • Help coordinate the bi‑annual sample processes
  • Work closely with the Tilburg warehouse to monitor logistics flows
  • Support customer communication via E-Mail
  • Contribute to day‑to‑day operational tasks within the team

Your Talent

  • HBO or WO level studies, 2nd year or higher; Available to for the periode September-Januari to work 32–40 hours per week within the department
  • Curious and eager to learn about end‑to‑end O2C processes
  • Strong communicator who can work with different stakeholders in an international environment
  • Interested in commercial and operational decision‑making
  • Able to collaborate effectively with teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Accurate, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Genuine interest in commercial, operational, and customer‑focused processes

This internship is based in the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.

  • An internship allowance of €500 per month based on full‑time hours for a higher professional education (HBO) program, and €350 per month based on full‑time hours for a vocational education (MBO) program.
