Requirements:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and Customer teams to ensure accurate execution of customer plans
  • Prepare reports and analyses (KPIs, performance tracking, bonuses and sales incentives) using reporting tools (Business Objects, Power BI) and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Sales teams on scorecards, invoices, promotions and new product listings; monitor execution of sales activities
  • Coordinate with Finance and Order-to-Cash teams on payment tracking, processing of payment requests, discounts verification and contract compliance; support system implementations and testing (e.g., CIM) in local markets

Are you passionate about working with data, supporting sales teams and ensuring excellence in execution? We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in enabling smooth commercial operations, accurate reporting and strong collaboration across Sales, Finance and Customer teams. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality support that drives effective planning and execution of customer strategies.

A day in the life of a Sales Support Specialist:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and Customer teams to ensure accurate execution of customer plans
  • Prepare reports and analyses (KPIs, performance tracking, bonuses and sales incentives) using reporting tools (Business Objects, Power BI)
  • Maintain and archive customer contracts and annexes; ensure alignment between system data and contractual terms
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Sales teams on scorecards, invoices, promotions and new product listings
  • Support management and usage of commercial planning tools; monitor execution of sales activities
  • Create and process payment requests and financial documentation in line with contractual agreements
  • Prepare purchase requests/orders and confirm receipt of goods/services in the system
  • Coordinate with Finance and Order-to-Cash teams regarding payment tracking and claims resolution
  • Verify and calculate discounts in line with commercial agreements
  • Maintain communication with customers and external service providers (auctions, contracts, payments)
  • Support implementation and testing of systems (e.g. CIM) and tools on local markets

 

What will make you successful

  • University degree (Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field)
  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, finance support or similar roles
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and reports
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken
