HR Trainee
- 1 year contract -
A day in the life of HR Trainee
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the HR Administration team;
- Maintain and archive employee documentation, including personal folders and physical records;
- Prepare and manage employment‑related contracts (labor, internship, lease, service; terminations and extensions);
- Introduction to the concept of salary calculation;
- Prepare payroll documentation and reports;
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data, time and attendance records in HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos);
- Register new employees with relevant government institutions;
- Support ad‑hoc HR projects and proactively collaborate with other HR teams;
What will make you successful?
- You have or are getting an bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- You have good knowledge of English language, both writen and spoken.
- You are advanced user of MS Office package.
- You are thinking outside the box to solve a problem.
- If you see opportunities, you like to take the initiative.
- You are good multitasker and pay attention to details in the performance of your daily activities.
