3-5+ years of experience in Epic reporting and healthcare analytics (Level 3–4 equivalent)
Hands-on experience with Epic tools: Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle
Strong SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing complex queries
Experience translating business and clinical requirements into reporting solutions
Requirements:

This is a remote position.
Superlanet is looking for an Epic Report Writer for a healthcare organization in San Diego, CA. This is s direct-hire, part-time opportunity that will remain predominantly remote. This role is ideal for a seasoned Epic reporting professional looking for reduced hours while still contributing to a high-impact healthcare initiative to improve hospital operations, patient flow, and transitions of care. The position may expand to a full-time opportunity as the program evolves.
Epic Reporting & Development
Design, develop, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Epic and enterprise reporting tools
Utilize Epic reporting tools including:
Cogito (REQUIRED)
Reporting Workbench (RWB)
Radar Dashboards
SlicerDicer
Clarity (SQL-based reporting)
Caboodle (enterprise data warehouse)

Preferred Qualifications
Epic certification(s) in Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, or Cogito strongly preferred
Experience supporting initiatives related to patient flow, throughput, or care coordination
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
Epic certification(s) in relevant reporting tools (Clarity, Caboodle, or RWB)
Experience with data governance, reporting standards, and enterprise analytics environments
Experience working with cross-functional leadership and executive stakeholders
