Requirements:

  • Assist licensed service agents with quote requests for adding drivers and units to existing policies.
  • Gather, verify, and input client, driver, and vehicle information; maintain accurate CRM records and organized policy documentation.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information, provide status updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide general administrative and policy support to licensed agents while maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Job description

This is a remote position.

For Applicants who reside and are authorized to work in Romania.

  • This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST (3:30PM - 12:00AM RO).
  • Assist our Licensed Service Agents with quote requests for adding drivers and units to existing policies.
  • Follow our proven service process to offer our existing bilingual customers the best individualized customer service and policy changes according to their needs.
  • Gather, verify, and input client, driver, and vehicle information.
  • Keep accurate information for all customers within the CRM database, adhering to company quality and compliance standards.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and provide status updates.
  • Support licensed agents with general administrative and policy support tasks
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
  • Maintain organized and accurate policy documentation.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.



Requirements

  • Must speak and write the Romanian fluently.
  • Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal).
  • Problem solving & Multi-tasking skills.  
  • PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is preferred.
  • Higher education is a plus.
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must.
  • Ability to organize tasks effectively, manage time, be results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines.
