With HMO after 6 months

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Philippine Time
Salary plus commission

As a Recruitment Officer, you’ll lead strategic talent acquisition efforts, focusing on attracting and placing top remote talent for our clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, streamline recruitment processes, and develop a robust talent pipeline. Optimize recruitment processes

  • Leverage data-driven insights and AI tools to identify trends, and optimize recruitment strategies.

Develop our Talent Pipeline

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for critical roles.

  • Foster relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Partner and collaborate with clients

  • Help design roles that align with long-term business goals.

  • Work closely with our internal teams to foster a collaborative and inclusive recruitment process.



Requirements

What We’re Looking For:


  • Passion for Quality Placements: Committed to finding the perfect match for both candidates and clients, with a focus on quality over quantity.

  • Expertise in Recruitment and Headhunting: Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on quality placements over quantity.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with the latest recruitment tools and AI technology to optimize recruitment processes.

  • Relationship-Builder: Skilled in building rapport with candidates, clients, and industry professionals.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solver: Able to leverage data to improve recruitment strategies and solve complex hiring challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven record of successful placements.

  • Experience with Performance-Based Hiring principles.

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience, showcasing effective team management and mentorship.

  • Experience with a focus on remote staffing or a similar field is an advantage.

  • Exceptional proficiency in Business English.
