About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Producer to lead development efforts across one or more game projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building high-quality games and who can guide multidisciplinary teams toward successful delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production strategy, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, and managing schedules, scope, quality, and budget to deliver projects on time and at the expected level of excellence.

The Quest:

  • Lead the production of game development projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define and maintain production roadmaps, milestone plans, and sprint structures in collaboration with discipline leads.
  • Coordinate cross-department collaboration between design, engineering, art, QA, and external partners.
  • Drive project execution by identifying risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring dependencies between teams are managed effectively.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure production processes, tools, and workflows are optimized for efficiency and transparency.
  • Oversee task tracking and planning systems, ensuring priorities, ownership, and timelines remain clear and up to date.
  • Support discipline leads in planning feature scope, resource allocation, and development priorities.
  • Review milestone deliverables to ensure quality standards and project objectives are met.
  • Lead production meetings, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and milestone reviews.
  • Manage outsourcing and external development coordination when required.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the game and its systems in order to support decision-making and prioritization.
  • Mentor and support other producers or coordinators when applicable.
