Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) or equivalent

Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; coordinate office and field operations interfaces and plan team deployment
  • Collect and verify daily field reports and timesheets from consultants; compile weekly timesheets and submit to client and internal accounting
  • Prepare and edit meeting minutes, presentations, and data tables; file project documents
  • Manage the project budget and perform general bookkeeping; provide administrative support to office and field teams

Job description

• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
• Participation in Team Meetings
• Ensure coordination of the interfaces of office and field operations
• Daily Reports and TimeSheet Management - Collecting daily reports from each consultant in the field each day. Making sure the entire report is completed, adding a space on the report for pictures and JHA. Each week, compiling timesheets and submitting them to client and internal accounting
• Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables
• Schedule deployment of team and communication
• File all project documents
• Manage the project budget
• General bookkeeping
• Administrative assistance to office and field teams
