  • 2+ years of experience managing teams (minimum 3 direct reports) with offshore/remote leadership.
  • Background in solar, electrical, or service-based industries, with hands-on experience using HubSpot and Simpro (or Tradify/ServiceM8) platforms.
  • Hands-on operator who actively solves problems, guides execution, and can manage both people and processes simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, with the ability to manage large volumes and communicate clearly with Australian stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Team Leadership: Manage 5–6 offshore admin staff; run regular 1:1s; provide ongoing coaching and direction; act as the go-to person for questions, escalations, and decisions.
  • Workflow and Pipeline Management: Oversee a high-volume pipeline (hundreds of active jobs); ensure tasks progress efficiently across stages; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Systems and Process Execution: Use HubSpot and Simpro (or equivalents) to create, manage, and update jobs within systems; ensure adherence to correct workflows.
  • Performance and Reporting: Monitor team productivity and output; track performance with tools (e.g., Time Doctor); provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.

Solar Operations Team Leader

Php 65,000 – 80,000/month
Day Shift (Aligned with AU Hours) | Long-Term Remote Role

What You’ll Be Owning

This is a core operations leadership role focused on team management, workflow optimization, and execution.

You’ll take the lead on:

Team Leadership & Support

  • Manage 5–6 offshore admin staff
  • Run regular 1:1s and provide ongoing coaching and direction
  • Act as the go-to person for questions, escalations, and decision-making

Workflow & Pipeline Management

  • Work systems like HubSpot and Simpro (or similar service-based platforms)
  • Create, manage, and update jobs within systems — not just monitor them
  • Ensure the team follows correct workflows and processes

Performance & KPI Tracking

  • Monitor team productivity and output
  • Use tools (e.g., Time Doctor or similar) to track performance
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership

Escalations & Problem Solving

  • Handle complex or escalated issues when the team cannot resolve them
  • Provide clear direction when team members are stuck or unsure of next steps



Requirements

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

Are a Proven Team Leader

  • At least 2+ years of experience managing teams (minimum 3+ direct reports)
  • Experience leading offshore or remote teams is highly preferred

Have Relevant Industry or System Experience

  • Background in solar, electrical, or service-based industries is highly preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Simpro (or similar platforms like Tradify, ServiceM8, etc.)
  • You know how to use systems — not just oversee them

Are a Hands-On Operator

  • You don’t just delegate — you step in, solve problems, and guide execution
  • Comfortable managing both people and processes simultaneously

Are Highly Organized & Process-Driven

  • You can manage large volumes of work without losing track

After 30–60 Days:

  • Bottlenecks in the pipeline are significantly reduced
  • The team is more confident, productive, and aligned

Ongoing:

  • Leadership can rely on you to manage operations independently
  • The offshore team runs smoothly with minimal escalations
