Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | Remote (Philippines) | Supporting a US-Based Mortgage Brokerage & Personal Brand

You will manage two distinct content ecosystems: a mortgage brokerage focused on lead generation, and a basketball personal brand focused on athlete exposure and visibility.

Over time, you will build repeatable systems, improve content performance, and use AI tools to increase both output and insight quality.

What You’ll Be Owning

This role combines content production, social media management, and performance optimization.

Your main responsibility is to build and run a consistent content system that produces measurable growth — while maintaining high-quality output across both brands.

You will take the lead on:

Content System & Calendar Ownership
Build and manage structured weekly and monthly content calendars that ensure consistent posting and eliminate reactive or unplanned content.

Short-Form Video Production
Edit and produce reels, highlights, and short-form content designed to maximize engagement, retention, and reach across platforms.

Audience Growth & Engagement
Monitor performance, respond to interactions, and continuously improve engagement through better content, timing, and platform behavior.

Campaign & Promotion Support
Support initiatives such as mortgage webinars and athlete exposure campaigns by creating and distributing aligned content.

Brand Consistency & Content Quality
Ensure all posts, videos, captions, and visual elements align with a consistent and professional brand identity.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key metrics such as engagement rate, views, reach, and growth trends, and provide clear monthly insights and recommendations.

AI Workflow Integration
Use AI tools for editing, scheduling, captions, and analytics to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance output quality.


How the Workflow Actually Works

Dual-Brand Content Management

You will manage content across two accounts with different goals, audiences, and content styles.

Structured Content Execution
Content will be planned in advance, scheduled consistently, and optimized based on performance data.

Video-First Strategy
Short-form video will be a primary driver of growth, requiring consistent editing and iteration.

Performance Feedback Loop
You will regularly review performance data and adjust content strategy based on what is working.

AI-Enhanced Workflow
AI tools will be used to speed up editing, improve captions, identify trends, and optimize posting schedules.

Independent Execution
You will be expected to manage your workload, prioritize tasks, and deliver outputs without constant supervision.

Requirements

This role is a strong fit if you:


  • Have 1–3 years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Have proven experience editing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
  • Are comfortable using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Meta tools
  • Have a basic understanding of content performance metrics and analytics
  • Actively use or are willing to learn AI tools for editing, captions, or analytics
  • Are highly organized and can manage multiple content streams independently
  • Have strong communication skills and can work remotely without close supervision
  • Have an interest in sports, basketball, or athlete branding (preferred but not required)
  • Take ownership of your work and consistently meet deadlines
