Remote | Philippines
Part-Time (25 hrs/week, 5 hours/day) Php Php 33,000 - 36,000/month
Schedule: 8:30am-1:30pm This corresponds to 6:30AM-11:30PM Philippine Time (PHT)

What You’ll Be Owning

This is a core execution role focused on building a repeatable, high-performing marketing engine. You’re not just doing tasks — you’re creating consistency, visibility, and measurable growth.

You’ll take the lead on:

  • Marketing Execution System:
    Bringing structure to all marketing activities through a clear, consistent weekly execution plan.

  • Campaign Delivery:
    Launching and managing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels with strong follow-through.

  • Customer Engagement:
    Driving interaction, retention, and repeat business through structured content and remarketing efforts.

  • Content Production:
    Creating and publishing relevant, consistent content aligned with services, promotions, and business goals.

  • Website & SEO Maintenance:
    Keeping website content updated, optimized, and aligned with SEO best practices.

  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitoring campaign performance, identifying gaps, and improving execution over time.

  • AI Workflow Integration:
    Using AI tools to accelerate content creation, improve campaign performance, and reduce manual work.

  • Marketing Organization:
    Maintaining clean, organized marketing assets, documentation, and campaign records.




Requirements

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

  • Are a Systems Thinker: You naturally bring order to chaos and build repeatable processes.

  • Are Execution-Focused: You consistently deliver on time and don’t let tasks slip through the cracks.

  • Are AI-Adaptive: You actively use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.

  • Have 3–5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, wholesale, HVAC-R, or trade-related industries.

  • Can Manage Campaigns End-to-End: From planning to execution to basic performance tracking.

  • Are Highly Organized: You track everything — tasks, campaigns, assets, and outcomes.

  • Work Independently: You don’t need to be chased. You follow through and communicate proactively.

  • Communicate Clearly: Strong written English with professional clarity and confidence.


Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in wholesale B2B or trade-related industries (HVAC-R, tools, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Odoo or similar CRM/ERP systems

  • Experience supporting small to mid-sized service businesses

  • Experience with email marketing and social media management tools

  • Basic SEO knowledge and website content management

  • Experience working with international or remote teams

After 60–90 Days:

  • Execution Is Consistent: All marketing activities run on a structured, reliable weekly cadence.

  • Campaigns Are Delivered On Time: No missed emails, posts, or updates — everything is executed as planned.

  • Engagement Is Improving: Increased email engagement, social interaction, and customer activity.

  • Marketing Is Organized: Assets, campaigns, and documentation are clean, accessible, and structured.

  • AI Is Embedded: Workflows are faster, more efficient, and less manual through smart tool usage.

  • Trust Is Earned: The business relies on you to execute without constant oversight.
