Roles & Responsibilities

Working closely with creative, product, and analytics professionals, our team transforms raw search metrics into meaningful strategies that drive both volume and profitability.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Execution: Plan, build, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, working seamlessly within our established marketing frameworks.

  • Data Analysis: Investigate moderately complex search metrics and performance trends to pinpoint inefficiencies and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership.

  • Budget Management: Monitor bids, daily budgets, and spend pacing to ensure campaigns are highly cost-efficient and consistently meet target ROI/ROAS thresholds.

  • Collaborative Optimization: Partner proactively with the creative team on ad assets and with the web/product teams to enhance the landing page experience and boost conversion rates.

  • Performance Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to iterate quickly and improve overall campaign quality scores.

  • Market Research: Navigate in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and search trend evaluations to uncover high-value audience targeting and growth opportunities.

  • Practical proficiency in utilizing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing features.

  • Solid foundational understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.

  • Demonstrated track record of working independently, managing priorities across multiple campaigns, and attending meetings during U.S. Central Time business hours.

 

 

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale e-commerce campaigns involving high ad spend, multiple SKUs, or diverse geographic segments.

  • Working knowledge of automation tools, bid automation rules, or API scripts within Google Ads.

  • Active Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising Certifications.

  • Practical understanding of SEO principles and how organic search interplays with paid search strategies.
