Senior Recruiter (Manufacturing)
Location: Venlo, Netherlands (or a commutable distance)
Work Model: Full time (40 hours), Remote (on-site once per week/ by weekly)
Reports to: Global Talent Acquisition Manager (Europe)
Collaboration: Local HR Team (Venlo), Site Lead, and Sr. HR Manager

As our Senior Recruiter, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle, serving as a trusted talent advisor to our hiring managers. Your mission is to find the technical and operational talent that fuels our high-performing manufacturing environment—from specialized Maintenance Engineers to Operations Managers.
What You Will Do:

Lead the search for diverse profiles including technical roles, engineering, and leadership positions.

Move beyond job boards by leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools, Boolean searches, and niche professional networks to engage passive talent.

Serve as a strategic Talent Advisor to understand business needs, providing expert guidance to help hiring managers make informed, high-quality decisions.

Elevate our brand in the Dutch market by managing the end-to-end candidate lifecycle through creative outreach and a seamless, high-touch experience for every applicant.

Use recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source quality) to optimize our hiring processes and provide market intelligence to leadership.

Drive continuous improvement in our recruitment workflows and talent assessment methods.
Your Qualifications
-
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, or agency environment.

Fully proficient in both Dutch and English (written and verbal), capable of communicating across a diverse workforce.

Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines while successfully prioritizing tasks under pressure.

Proven ability to provide direct, expert advice on organizational improvements and a track record of taking a "hands-on" approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have

Experience recruiting MBO+ technical profiles is preferred.

Proven ability to go beyond traditional agencies by leveraging local ecosystems and implementing innovative, non-traditional attraction strategies and branding campaigns tailored to the Venlo region.
