Responsibilities:


  • Collect, process, and input commission statements from various insurance providers.
  • Analyze commission transactions and cross reference with bank statements.
  • Manage multiple deadlines to ensure timely commission payments to agents.
  • Address agent inquiries promptly, accurately, and courteously, including handling challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Perform additional duties related to the commissions department as assigned by the immediate manager.



Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in an IMO or at a carrier level is an asset.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency with Excel is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Effective problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Approachable and professional in delivering challenging information on the phone, and in email interactions.
  • Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Positive demeanor with an openness to constructive feedback.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

Pay Range - $60,320 - $64,480/yr USD

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
