Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Specialist to implement and deploy a centralized recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. The primary objective of this project is to integrate our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with GoHighLevel (GHL) via Zapier to create a high-performance, automated candidate pipeline.

While the strategic process mapping and communication assets (messaging sequences) are complete, we require a technical expert to execute the systems architecture, ensuring smooth data flow from initial application to interview fruition.

We estimate the total technical scope of this implementation to fall within a 30–40 hour window. This timeframe accounts for the configuration of multi-step Zaps, GoHighLevel workflows, the calibration of our AI screening tools, and a dedicated phase for rigorous end-to-end testing. Our budget for this engagement is $600 – $1000 USD.

Technical Objectives & Deliverables
