Job Summary

We are searching for a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for a growing international company. This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will own the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content campaigns, helping scale brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Oversee SEO strategy and organic growth initiatives.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Manage content marketing and campaign calendars.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, tech, eCommerce, or B2B marketing is a plus.
