As a Product Manager, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of core platform capabilities that empower healthcare organizations to manage their people more effectively—from scheduling and time tracking to HR administration and payroll processing research and knowledge.
In this role, you’ll own the product lifecycle across our Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll product areas, delivering solutions that are valuable, intuitive, and technically feasible. Your work will directly impact how healthcare facilities attract, retain, and pay their workforce—requiring a blend of domain expertise, user empathy, and strong product judgment.
What you'll do:
• Lead the development of workforce management, HR, and payroll product solutions that support healthcare organizations in managing their employees efficiently and compliantly.
• Champion high standards for usability, value, and feasibility across all product initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
• Drive innovation in how healthcare organizations schedule staff, manage HR workflows, and ensure timely, accurate payroll for caregivers and employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research on workforce management, HR technology, and payroll trends to inform product strategy.
• Establish and maintain a roadmap and delivery timeline for product features across WFM, HR, and Payroll domains.
• Foster collaboration, feedback, and clear accountability with internal partners including engineering, design, customer success, and sales.
• Develop messaging and market positioning for product features across the workforce management platform.
• Articulate outbound tasks and translate product capabilities into clear customer-facing messaging and value propositions.
• Lead product demonstrations at trade shows and webinars; deliver presentations to customers and prospects; create marketing collateral.
• Assist sales with the knowledge and tools they need to close deals and communicate product value.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing presentations and product documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing vision and direction to development teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development across Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities across the platform.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
• Lead release planning and set delivery expectations for new functionality.
• Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.

Education and Experience
• Previous working experience as a Product Manager or Digital Product Line Leader for 3–5 years
• In-depth knowledge of Workforce Management, HR Technology, and/or Payroll systems
• Experience with healthcare industry workflows and compliance requirements is a strong plus
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
