Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and maintaining the internal HRIS (SIRH) and harmonize competency matrices
Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and coordination of interview campaigns
Handle HR administrative tasks and related processes (contracts, amendments, medical visits) and monitor IJSS and provident files
Manage training records and assist with evaluation processes (real-time and post-event) and support internal communications

Mise à jour les fiches emplois
Harmonisation des matrices de compétences
Aider à la mise en place du SIRH interne
Suivi et analyses des différentes campagnes d’entretiens Administratif RH
Démarches administratives RH (contrats, avenants, visites médicales, …)
Suivi des IJSS et dossiers de prévoyance Formation
Gestion des dossiers de formation
Envoi et consolidation des évaluations à chaud et à froid
Sourcing recrutement
Communication interne
