Payroll Analyst with English And French (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

  • payroll operations and inputs processing (eg. medical leaves, absences, new hires, terminations, etc), for the allocated countries and in collaboration with the services providers and/or the local HR team.
  • collaborate with the local teams/specialists / employees in order to obtain the relevant data and approvals.
  • administer employee’s lifecycle activities ensuring all documentation is following the legal requirements and internal policies for the countries allocated
  • overtime process management & preparation for payroll input.
  • manage international assignments cases, from payroll perspective.
  • manage the employees’ benefits enrollments and prepare input reports for payroll (communicate with the employees & vendors, check enrolments and terminations, place orders or other similar activities).
  • manage the benefits vendors in terms of operations.
  • support in HR IT systems implementations projects (Workday, payroll,etc).
  • further develop by taking part in other HR-related projects (e.g. HR policies updates and implementation, support on new HR processes).

Skills

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role, in a multinational organization and with gained knowledge in payroll and Labor legislation knowledge for one of the European countries.
  • experience in HR Systems (Workday, SAP, preferable), Excel, Word.
  • English & French skills - advanced.
  • good communication and cooperation skills.
  • detailed oriented, good planning and priority skills.
  • adaptability and cooping very well with a dynamic environment.
