Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Assistant to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering creative, impactful marketing campaigns that inspire and engage our clients travel trade partners.

They are a well-established outbound travel company specialising in creating bespoke long-haul holidays for both B2C and B2B markets. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketer to lead our digital efforts.

About the opportunity:

You’ll be involved in the practical side of marketing delivery, helping to turn campaign plans into live activity. This is a delivery‑focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting work done rather than sitting in strategy meetings.

On a typical day, you’ll be:

• Updating website content and landing pages
• Building and formatting email campaigns using templates
• Scheduling and posting content across social media
• Uploading and managing offers and campaign assets
• Supporting with basic reporting and performance tracking
• Working closely with the wider marketing team to keep campaigns running smoothly

What we’re looking for

This role would suit:

• Someone with around 1 year of marketing experience
• A self‑motivated individual who is happy working from home
• Someone organised, detail‑focused and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• A candidate with a basic understanding of digital marketing channels
• Confident written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems

• Starting salary of £26,228 per annum
