We are hiring immediately for a full-time Secondary Markets Program Administrator.

As a Secondary Markets Program Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative team that works together to help Best Buy set up and sell their non-core products online.

In this role, the successful candidate needs to be located in the Lower Mainland, where we practice a remote-first working model, leveraging occasional in person interactions within the greater Vancouver area for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. 

Join our innovative team and help Secondary Markets continue to grow its wide variety of business channels.

What will you do:

  • Support Secondary Markets customers with transactions, returns, pick-ups, and more

  • Manage and update product listings, ensuring they are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search

  • Monitor performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions for improvement

  • Analyze opportunities to strengthen online business channels

  • Create reports to study trends that can be used to make recommendations

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the quality of product descriptions and images

  • Partner with internal teams to understand their business needs and propose action plans for their growth

What are we looking for:

  • 1+ years of related experience

  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience

Hourly pay rate: $19.80 - $20.54

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
