At EforAll (Entrepreneurship for All), we believe everyone should have the opportunity to turn their dream of starting a business into a reality. In our work, EforAll partners with local champions, dedicated volunteers and generous funders to encourage growing and thriving local economies. The success of our programs inspires us each and every day: Over 1,700 startups launched; 76% women-owned, and 74% BIPOC owned; 70% of EforAll businesses are still operating after 3 years; and $56 million in alumni revenue and 2,277 jobs were generated in 2023.

We are constant cheerleaders for our communities. We connect deeply with the people we serve because a majority of our staff are proud and active members of these communities. We also recognize and celebrate our team’s own personal and professional growth and accomplishments. Embracing a culture of celebration heightens morale and profoundly connects us all as members of the EforAll community.
