Role Overview

As an AU RTO Student Experience Officer, you’ll be the steady force behind a fast-moving student journey—bringing order to the chaos, clarity to confusion, and support when it matters most. You’re not just managing admin—you’re shaping experiences, solving problems in real time, and making sure every student feels guided, heard, and back on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage student administration tasks (extensions, expired students, record updates).
Answer overflow calls and route inquiries appropriately.
Assist AU-based team with day-to-day administrative support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
Ensure timely resolution of student issues.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
2+ years experience in administrative support and/or customer service.
Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, or support requests.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in education or RTO (Registered Training Organisation) environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Background in fast-paced industries.
