Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support their construction operations by ensuring projects run smoothly, budgets stay on track, and communication flows effectively across all stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to support ongoing construction projects

  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and following up on orders
  • Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with project budgets
  • Maintain and update project documentation using spreadsheets and project management tools
  • Support communication across teams via email and virtual meetings
  • Assist in identifying potential project risks or delays and flagging them proactively


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in construction project coordination or project management support
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail, especially when working with budgets and invoices
