Title: CPT-10900 Marketing Coordinator

Independent Contractor – CPT-10900 Marketing Coordinator/Marketing VA/Junior-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across 4–5 early-stage companies. This role includes managing social media, executing content strategies, and creating branded assets to ensure consistency across all brands.

You will work closely with founders to turn business goals into effective marketing materials and help build scalable marketing systems.

This is a rolling assignment, so you won’t manage all companies at the same level at once. Currently, two companies are fully operational with developing brand guidelines, while the others are still in early stages and won’t require immediate support.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Brand & Content Execution

  • Utilize and maintain existing brand guidelines for each company, including visual identity, typography, color palettes, and logo usage
  • Optimize visual and written content for clarity, professionalism, and platform-specific best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product updates and messaging into engaging marketing content

Design & Asset Creation

Design and produce branded templates and marketing assets, including:

  • Business cards and stationery
  • Presentation templates
  • Email signatures
  • Social media templates
  • One-pagers and marketing PDFs

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow LinkedIn and Instagram accounts for each company
  • Plan and execute content calendars, including copywriting and posting
  • Engage with audiences and support basic paid social campaigns when needed
  • Monitor performance and provide monthly analytics reports

Project & Content Management

  • Develop and maintain a centralized content calendar across all companies
  • Coordinate content approvals, timelines, and publishing schedules
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities across stakeholders

Marketing Materials & Reporting

  • Create proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations using PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement, follower growth, website referrals, and click-through rates
  • Deliver concise monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations

Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, freelance designers, photographers, web developers)
  • Assist in managing small marketing budgets

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

    Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

    • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or design (agency, startup, or in-house)
    • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for branding consistency
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
    • Experience supporting multiple brands or early-stage companies is highly preferred
    • Basic knowledge of HTML (for email signatures or marketing emails)
    • Familiarity with paid social campaigns and reporting

    Technical Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills
    • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
    • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts (content creation, scheduling, analytics)
    • Understanding of the design and construction industry is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    Work Schedule

    • Contracted Hours per Week: 10-15 Hours
    • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
    • Daily Working Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Flexible)

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

    Terms of Engagement

    • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
    • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
    • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
