Daily Tasks:
• Manage and update email campaigns in Constant Contact
• Set up and monitor email automations
• Clean and organize contacts and lists in HubSpot
• Coordinate across platforms including website, email, and CRM
• Handle inbox management and marketing-related responses
• Schedule and manage social media posts
• Update website with basic front-end changes, no coding required
• Track campaign performance including opens and clicks
• Support administrative tasks such as calendar and travel arrangements
• Keep systems organized and up to date
• Improve workflows between tools
• Flag issues or gaps in marketing operations

Working Shifts:
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time
• Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00am - 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time
