Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with questions about products, orders, payments, and returns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service level goals.
• Participate in continuous training to stay informed about marketplace updates and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian, both written and verbal, and a high level of English, is required. Please ensure to state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
