Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Assist customers with various tourism-related inquiries, bookings, and support requests.
  • Maintain professionalism and a friendly tone in all customer interactions.
  • Record and document customer communications accurately to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate remotely with team members to ensure consistent and excellent customer experiences.
  • Participate in training to stay updated on tourism products, services, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your CV and cover letter.
