You will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to health and wellness products, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience from the comfort of your home. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat while working from home.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions to support service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in remote training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your application.
