Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about home appliance products, troubleshooting, and service information.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to meet service level targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements
