Job Title: SAFe Agile Coach

Experience: 10–15+ Years

Job Description:
• Lead enterprise-wide SAFe Agile transformation across teams and programs
• Implement Agile Release Trains (ARTs), value streams, and governance models
• Develop and execute Agile transformation roadmaps
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, RTEs, and leadership teams
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and ensure alignment of business goals
• Drive Agile delivery excellence through continuous improvement and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Establish governance frameworks and track key delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, PI goals)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile initiatives with business strategy
• Promote DevOps practices and CI/CD adoption
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and executive briefings

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in SAFe implementation and Agile transformation
• Expertise in program and portfolio management
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Strong stakeholder and leadership management skills
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Certifications (Preferred):
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• SAFe Agilist (SA)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• PMI-ACP or equivalent
