This is a remote position.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash transactions.
Process supplier invoices, ensure accurate coding, and manage payment runs.
Handle sales invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables.
Proven experience in a bookkeeping role, specifically for a UK-based business.
Expert-level proficiency in Xero is essential.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of numerical accuracy.
Reliable, professional, and capable of managing own time to meet weekly deadlines.
Fully operational home office
Diploma: Bookkeeping
Experience within the events, hospitality, or creative agency sectors (not essential).
